These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of the Crown Muay Thai Academy website, our online forms and booking tools, and any free trial class you book through them. Crown Muay Thai Academy (“Crown,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is operated by Kru Ray MT Inc.

By using our website or booking a class, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. Memberships and Other Agreements

Memberships, programs, and ongoing training are governed by the membership agreement, waiver, and other documents you sign with us. If those documents conflict with these Terms, the signed documents apply.

2. Classes, Schedules, and Pricing

• Class times, programs, instructors, and pricing shown on the website may change without notice.
• Prices are in Canadian dollars and are subject to applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate, but errors may occur. We may correct errors and update information at any time.

3. Free Trial Classes and Promotions

• Free trial classes are for new students only and are limited to one per person unless we say otherwise.
• Promotions and special offers are subject to availability and eligibility, cannot be combined unless stated, have no cash value, and may be changed or ended at any time.
• Participants must complete our waiver and any required health screening before training. A parent or legal guardian must sign for participants under 18.
• If you cannot attend a booked class, please let us know as early as possible so the spot can be offered to someone else.
• We may decline or reschedule a booking at our discretion, including for safety or capacity reasons.

4. Health, Safety, and Assumption of Risk

Muay Thai is a physical combat sport. Training involves contact and carries an inherent risk of injury. You are responsible for making sure you are fit to participate, and we recommend speaking with a physician before starting any new exercise program.

Tell an instructor about any injury, medical condition, or limitation before class. Always follow instructor directions and our Code of Conduct. We may remove anyone from a class whose behaviour is unsafe or disrespectful.

5. Photos and Video

Photos and video may be taken at the academy. We only use identifiable images of students in our marketing with consent, such as through our media release form. Please ask before filming other students.

6. Communications

When you submit a form or book a class, you agree that we may contact you by email, phone, or text message about your inquiry or booking. Marketing messages are only sent where permitted by law, and you can unsubscribe at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Using the Website

You agree not to misuse the website, including by submitting false information, sending spam, interfering with its operation, or attempting to access systems or data you are not authorized to access.

8. Intellectual Property

The website and its content, including the Crown Muay Thai Academy name, logos, text, photos, and videos, are owned by or licensed to Kru Ray MT Inc. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

9. Third-Party Services and Links

The website links to or uses third-party services, such as booking calendars, maps, payment processors, and social media platforms. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
